Family Enterprise Global Survey on Generational Perspectives: Current and next-generation family business owners aren't so different after all

Contrary to popular belief, family-enterprise members in younger generations (under 40 years of age) do not perceive the world as differently from their pre-millennial peers (over 40 years) as we may think.

Our study sought to identify cross-generational differences that may cause challenges as generations work together to define the future of their family enterprises. We were encouraged to find more similarities than differences.
