The world's largest family business network, Family Business Network International, has teamed up with Gallup, a leading analytics and advisory firm, for the Global Governance Initiative. This involved Gallup surveying over 160 influential figures in family businesses, including leaders, non-family executives and passive shareholders.

The main goal was to create a strong governance playbook based on real insights from a diverse range of multi-generational family businesses worldwide. This playbook is alive and evolving, set to transform and expand. Serving as the initial edition in an ongoing series, its purpose is to consistently boost governance practices in family businesses.
